Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of xz1 (the "Service"), operated at xz1.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The service

xz1 lets you create branded short links that route visitors based on their device, track clicks, generate QR codes, and append UTM parameters. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use xz1 to create or distribute links that:

• Point to malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive or defraud.
• Violate any applicable law, or infringe someone else's rights.
• Are used to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

We may suspend or remove links, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate this section.

Plans and billing

Free, Starter, and Growth plans each come with link and click limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Availability

We work to keep xz1 available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee at this time. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, xz1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using xz1 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of xz1 after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
